Celestica, a provider of data centre infrastructure and advanced technology solutions, has announced plans to recruit more than 2,100 new employees in Malaysia. The expansion includes the hiring of staff for specialized, high-value roles, specifically focusing on production and design engineering positions.

The company has maintained a presence in the country since 1985. According to the original publisher, the group has successfully scaled its local footprint to encompass nine separate facilities. These operational sites are currently distributed across Kedah, Penang, and Johor, forming the backbone of the company’s regional presence.

Today, the firm’s total operations in the country span more than two million square feet of space. This long-term commitment to the Malaysian market has evolved alongside the rising global demand for data centre infrastructure and sophisticated hardware manufacturing.
