Monash Malaysia Receives US$1 Million Grant for Hydrogen Decarbonisation Research

Monash University Malaysia has been awarded a US$1 million grant from the Open Society Foundations to advance the development of hydrogen technology. The funding is intended to support the creation of practical assessment tools designed to help industries, investors, and policymakers determine the technical and financial feasibility of hydrogen in industrial decarbonisation efforts.

The initiative, titled Industrial Decarbonisation through Hydrogen Technology, is scheduled to span three years.
