Proton Launches Month-Long Service Discount Campaign for Selected Models

Proton has officially launched the 2026 Servis Ihsan Madani campaign, a nationwide aftersales initiative aimed at reducing vehicle maintenance costs for owners of specific Proton models. The promotion, which runs from August 17 to September 17, is available at all authorised Proton 4S, 3S, and 2S service centres across Malaysia.

The campaign is open to owners of the Proton Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga. According to the original publisher, eligible customers will receive an immediate RM70 discount on their basic service charges or total invoice amount, depending on the specific campaign terms and conditions. In addition to the financial discount, Proton is providing a free 40-point vehicle inspection. This check covers essential vehicle components to identify potential maintenance issues before they require major repairs.

This initiative is a strategic collaboration with the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN). By aligning with government cost-of-living efforts, Proton aims to encourage motorists to maintain a proactive approach to vehicle care. The automaker stated that the program is designed to help owners minimise unexpected repair costs while ensuring that vehicles remain in safe and optimal operating condition for all road users.

Proton Edar CEO Datuk Abdul Rashid Musa noted that the initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to supporting customers during periods of rising living costs. The campaign specifically targets the period surrounding national day and Malaysia day celebrations. By providing these incentives, the company seeks to assist owners with vehicle ownership costs while promoting road safety.
