Selangor International Business Summit Records RM253.59 Million in Bandung

The inaugural SIBS@ASEAN Bandung Edition has successfully generated RM253.59 million in potential business value. This achievement follows two days of intensive networking and business matching sessions held from July 9 to 10 in Bandung, Indonesia.

According to the original publisher, the event exceeded several of its key performance indicators. The programme was designed to bolster trade and investment links between Selangor and Indonesia, fostering direct collaboration between business entities from both nations.

The two-day summit saw significant participation, attracting 221 delegates from Malaysia and approximately 210 participants from Indonesia. Throughout the event, a total of 237 business matching sessions took place, providing a structured platform for these stakeholders to explore commercial opportunities.

This initiative highlights the ongoing efforts to expand Selangor's economic footprint within the ASEAN region. By facilitating these high-level interactions, the event serves as a catalyst for future cross-border partnerships and long-term economic integration between the two markets.
