Chin Hin and UCSI Partner for New Melaka Waterfront Education Hub

The collaboration aims to develop an integrated campus with boarding facilities within the Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone.

Chin Hin Group Property Berhad has announced a strategic partnership with UCSI Group to develop an integrated education hub at the Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone. The project is set to be located on a 19.3-acre waterfront site.

According to the original publisher, the masterplan features a comprehensive campus housing both UCSI International School and Sekolah Sri UCSI. The development is designed to accommodate a total student population of up to 3,000 individuals.

The infrastructure plans also include dedicated boarding facilities. These residential areas are projected to provide housing for up to 300 students, supporting the educational requirements of the new hub.

This project marks the first development of its kind for UCSI within this specific waterfront masterplan. By integrating academic institutions into the Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone, the partnership seeks to create a functional education-focused community within the region.

For the local property and investment market, this development represents a significant expansion of educational infrastructure in Melaka. The integration of international and private schooling within a modern economic zone could influence future commercial development patterns in the area.
