GTA Holdings Seeks RM71.75 Million Through Bursa ACE Market Listing

The aviation maintenance firm aims to raise funds via an upcoming initial public offering of 329 million shares.

Aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) specialist GTA Holdings Bhd has announced plans to raise RM71.75 million through an initial public offering (IPO) as it prepares for a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

According to the original publisher, the IPO exercise involves a total of 329 million shares. This figure comprises 205 million new shares to be issued by the company and 124 million existing shares offered by current stakeholders.

The new shares are set to be issued at a price of 35 sen per share. The capital raised from the issuance of these new shares is expected to support the company’s operations and strategic objectives following its debut on the exchange.

This move marks a significant step for GTA Holdings as it enters the public equity market. For Malaysian investors and industry observers, the listing provides a new opportunity to gain exposure to the aviation services sector, specifically within the specialized MRO field which supports the domestic and regional aerospace industry.
