Takaful Malaysia Reports Growth In First Half Of 2026

Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Bhd (Takaful Malaysia) reported a 6.5 percent increase in its profit before tax and zakat for the first half of 2026, reaching RM305.6 million. This is an improvement from the RM287 million recorded during the same period in the previous year.
According to the original publisher, the positive financial performance was primarily driven by a stronger Takaful Service Result. This operational improvement contributed to the firm's overall growth trajectory throughout the initial two quarters of the fiscal year.
The company also saw its total Takaful revenue rise by 7.5 percent. Revenue for the period reached RM1.99 billion, compared to the RM1.85 billion reported in the first half of 2025. Within this total revenue, RM1.1 billion was attributed to short-term operations.
