The extension was finalized through a mutual agreement reached in August between OHB, Boon Siew Sdn Bhd (BSSB), and Northam Georgetown Sdn Bhd (NGSB). CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, serving as the advisor on behalf of OHB, confirmed the adjustment to the timeline.
